BookCab.in is an online directory and lead-generation marketplace. We introduce customers who need a cab to independent taxi operators across India.

BookCab.in does not own, lease or operate any vehicle, does not employ any driver and is not a transport service provider. Every trip is a direct contract between the customer and the operator.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You must provide accurate name, mobile number and email details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
• One business may hold one operator listing unless we approve otherwise in writing.

• Post genuine travel requirements only; fake or test enquiries may lead to suspension.
• Verify the operator, driver, vehicle and fare before starting a journey.
• Settle all fares, tolls, parking, permits and driver charges directly with the operator.

• Hold and maintain a valid commercial registration, permit, fitness certificate, insurance and driver licences as required by law.
• Quote honest, all-inclusive fares and honour confirmed bookings.
• Use customer contact details only for the enquiry they relate to — never for bulk marketing or resale.
• Keep listing information, fleet details and service areas accurate.

Operators may purchase individual leads or subscribe to featured/premium placement. Payments are made by UPI and verified manually by our team, usually within 24 working hours.

A lead gives you the customer's contact details and requirement — it is not a guaranteed booking. We do not promise any number of enquiries, conversions or revenue.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may moderate, edit or remove any content that is abusive, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or posted to manipulate ratings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookCab.in is not liable for accidents, delays, cancellations, loss or damage to property, disputes over fares, driver conduct, vehicle condition, or any direct or indirect loss arising from a trip arranged through the platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaches these terms, misuses customer data, submits false payment proof, or attracts repeated verified complaints. Amounts already paid for leads or plans are not refunded in cases of breach.
