• Account details — name, mobile number, email address and password.
• Travel requirements — pickup and drop locations, dates, trip type, passengers, luggage, budget and instructions.
• Operator details — company name, owner name, address, service areas, fleet, photos and pricing.
• Payment records — UPI reference/UTR numbers and payment screenshots submitted for manual verification. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• Technical data — device, browser and usage information used to keep the service secure and reliable.

When you post a requirement, a summary (route, date, vehicle type, passengers) is visible to operators. Your name and mobile number are shared only with an operator who has unlocked that lead — not with the whole marketplace.

We also use trusted service providers for hosting, database, email and analytics. We never sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences, plus basic analytics to understand which cities and pages are used most.

Requirements and quotations are retained for up to 24 months so both sides have a record of the transaction. Payment records are retained as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Account data is deleted on request, subject to those obligations.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security so users can only read their own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
